: Ive been writing short reviews these last couple of months, but I knew at some point a book would come along and Id be compelled to say more about it than just a few sentences. The book is permeated with so much light and darkness, with loss and hope, that it would have been wrong to write the ending differently. It grabbed me, and over and over again, I found myself gripping my chest. It takes some time to become hooked by his stories, but the reward is refreshing writing that is unique.
